‘Chomout’ beer from Olomouc in Puchaczówka!

Olomouc born Chomout is a local, family-owned microbrewery from the Czech republic, which has been brewing beer for 19 years according to the traditional Czech recipe. Chomout matures in tuns for a minimum of 4 weeks. It is unpasteurized and unfiltered beer, completely organic, free from preservatives and naturally carbonated. Chomout is packed in barrels especially for Puchaczówka so that it can always be served fresh and rich in natural nutrients. We do not force carbonate the beer. Our Chomout goes straight from the cooler through the water-cooled tubes and air compressor to the bar and dispensers made by a Czech company Lindr.
