Stone bread stove with a smokehouse and a variety of local products now in Puchaczówka!
Thanks to our own resources and subsidies from the EU, we have built a bread stove with a smokehouse and a barbecue stand. The stove was accompanied by a wooden shed covered with aspen. The shed provides seating for 40 people.
The new bread stove with a smokehouse enabled us to enrich our offer with local products that fit in with the tradition, culture and history of the Kłodzko Region.
Based on traditional recipes and production methods and building on the high-quality ecological intermediate products supplied by the local producers, we have been creating the following culinary specialties for our guests:
- homemade sourdough bread from Lower Silesian flour baked according to a traditional method and recipe
- “begle”, in other words traditional local Lenten delicacies
- smoked sirloin and roast beef from Sudeten beef
- tradional Silesian pastry with crumble
- trout from local fish farms smoked cold and warm
