General terms and conditions of reservation and cancellation at the Guesthouse and Villa Puchaczówka.
RESERVATION
Reservation should be done as follows:
GUESTHOUSE: via e-mail pensjonat@puchaczowka.pl, via phone at +48 604 582 805 or online.
VILLA: via e-mail willa@puchaczowka.pl, via phone at +48 602 516 119 or online.
In order to receive booking confirmation a down payment of min. 30% of the cost of the stay is required within 4 days from the date of the pre-booking. The rest of the payment for the accomodation must be made by bank transfer before arrival or directly at the front desk at the check-in (on arrival day). The title of the payment should specify “Villa” or “Guesthouse” respectively as well as the guest’s name, date of stay and telephone number. Reservation is binding for both parties only after the down payment is received. In case the down payment is not received within 4 working days from the pre-reservation, the owner is entitled to rent the initially reserved rooms without notifying the guest. The down payment for the stay means that the guest has become acquainted with and accepts the offer and the terms and conditions of reservation and cancellation.
NOTE! In order to book Christmas and/or New Year Package, payment for the total cost of the entire stay is required by December 15th. In case the total payment is not received until December 15, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded. Payments must be made to: REMS Sp. z o.o., ul. Elbląska 53, 54-314 Wrocław, at PBS Strzelin bank, account number: 13-9588-0004-4200-8891-2000-0010 or personally at the Villa or Guesthouse(for transfers from abroad the SWIFT code: PLGBWCPLPP).
CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival, the total paid amount will be refunded. Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before the arrival results in 50% refund of the deposit paid. Cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival means no refund at all. WARNING!!! In case of cancellation of Christmas Package and/or New Year’s Eve Package before December 15th, the reservation will be cancelled and deduction of all deposit will follow. Cancellation after December 15th and payment of the full amount will result in cancellation of your reservation and a 50% deduction of the costs of the stay. Note: To avoid misunderstanding it is agreed that the dates mentioned above are the dates when the payment is received and / or resignation notifications. Cancellations must be carried out in writing, e.g. by fax or email. In case some of the paid services have not been used (e.g. due to shortening of your stay), we will refund 10% of the cost for the unused services.
GIVEAWAYS, DISCOUNTS AND ADDITIONAL FEES
The property has a bed for little babies. Please notify us in advance if we need to make it available. We accept animals in accommodation facilities – fee of 10.00 PLN per night. Animals are not admitted to the Restaurant and Tavern Puchaczówka. Hotel check-in starts at 16:00 and continues until 12:00 on the day of departure. We reserve the right to make changes in matters beyond our control.
